Result cards must be with Mark by Midday on Saturday following the game. We will have to start giving teams a 0-0 result if the card delivery does not improve.

The Winter League contains one BIG division, with 13 teams. Each team will play each other home and away. Matches still consist of 5 games (best of 3). NO WILDCARD CUP!
2 points for a match win, plus a bonus point for every player that wins. So if you win 3-2 the winning team get 5 points (2 for the win, 3 for the games won) but the losing team still get 2 points as they won two games. Each game is best of 3. This is the same as the Wednesday league system. If you lose 5-0, you still get nothing!
Sad news that Alan Reed has recently passed away. Alan will have been known to many pool players in Bury as he has played in the local leagues for many years. Having played for the Whepsted White Horse for decades, he more recently played for Chevington Greyhound. As a recognition, the Team Knockout will now be known as "The Alan Reed Memorial Cup" RIP ALAN.

Note : Any team not turning up for a match will have there players recieving a 2-0 loss and the winning team players will recieve 2-0 wins
We play world rules, with the exception that shot times are not included. Anyone that has a question about the rules may ask the referee for guidance. The Referee may consult the two captains. Other team members should kindly shut up and not get involved. If anything cannot be resolved quickly, phone Mark or Richard. Else the frame should be restarted.
THIS SEASON ONLY - Golden Break. Pot the black off the break and you win the frame. White ball must remain legally on the table.
Registered captains will receive a text message on the night of the match. When the match is over, the text message should be replied to with the score - home team first, then away team. Example : 4 1 (4 space 1). CARDS MUST STILL BE SIGNED AND DELIVERED BY SATURDAY POST.
